     On November 29, 1994 , Mr. Wichian Rattanapeerapong, Governor of Uthai Thani Province and Professor Rangsan Sangsuk The President of Ramkhamhaeng University agreed that in order to fulfill the government's policy to distribute educational opportunities to the region and to the people of Uthai Thani and neighboring provinces. Able to attend public universities without abandoning their original domicile and fulfilling the policy of the President of Ramkhamhaeng University. To provide academic services and education to aspiring learners in the region, Ramkhamhaeng University has partnered with Uthai Thani Province. The Academic Service Branch of Ramkhamhaeng University was established in Uthai Thani as the 3rd Academic Service Branch in Uthai Thani Province, both the public and private sectors are responsible for land procurement and construction budget. Ramkhamhaeng University Responsible for organizing distance learning system and sending teachers to teach at the Chalermprakiet Academic Service Branch, Uthai Thani Province.

     The establishment of Ramkhamhaeng University in the field of academic services in Uthai Thani province was successful with the cooperation of individuals and groups as follows:
     1. Mrs. Omrak Rattanapeerapong donated 18 rai of land.
     2. Mr. Pakorn – Mrs. Aree Sangkhwanich donated 5,920,000 Baht (five million nine hundred and twenty thousand Baht net) and Mrs. Omrak Rattanapeerapong donated another 931,400 Baht (nine hundred thirty-one thousand four hundred Baht) for the construction of a multipurpose building. The Prime Minister presided over the groundbreaking ceremony. On November 4, 1996
     3. Mr. Rangsan Tantrakul Member of Uthai Thani Provincial Assembly and Member of Uthai Thani Provincial Council Carry out land reclamation in the part used as a construction site free of charge.
     4. Members of the Uthai Thani Provincial Council, chaired by Mr. Wichian Rattanapeerapong, Governor of Uthai Thani Province, approved the budget from the Uthai Thani Provincial Administration Organization. Ramkhamhaeng University allocated another 630,000 baht (six hundred and thirty thousand baht) for the construction of a three-storey permanent school building.
     5. Mrs. Pensri Kittikovit donated 1,541,412 Baht (One Million Five Hundred Forty One Thousand Four Hundred and Twelve Baht) It is the cost of installing a 500 KVA electrical system and a temporary water supply system.

      1. Ramkhamhaeng University Development Committee, Academic Service Branch, Uthai Thani Province, chaired by the Governor of Uthai Thani Province from January 1997 – 2003.
      2. Ramkhamhaeng University Development Working Group, Academic Service Branch, Uthai Thani Province, headed by the Deputy Governor of Uthai Thani Province from February 1997 – April 2003.

     At present, the location of Ramkhamhaeng University, Academic Service Branch, Uthai Thani Province. Located at Ban Bang Kung, Sakae Krung Subdistrict, Muang District, Uthai Thani Province, has officially begun to open.
